We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion.Your continued use of the Offer following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

General Conditions:

1. You use the Service at your own risk.

2. RustRock reserves the right to temporarily or permanently disable part of the Service, modify the Service or the entire Service at any time.

3. Support and unsubscribe requests are handled via Technical Support.

4.The User agrees to use the Service, including all features and functionalities related thereto, in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations or other restrictions regarding the use of the Service or the content contained therein.

5. Threats against any customer service member will result in immediate account suspension with the loss of any active subscriptions you may have, without any refund or compensation. This will result in your temporary or permanent removal from the Service, at our sole discretion.

6. RustRock does not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements, the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable, the quality of any products, services, information or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations and any errors in the Service will be corrected.

7. You expressly understand and agree that RustRock shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses incurred as a result of:

• use or inability to use the Service;

• the cost of acquiring substitute goods and services resulting from the purchase or obtaining of goods, data, information or services, messages received or transactions concluded through or as part of the Service;

• unauthorized access to or modification of your transmissions or data;

• statements or conduct of any third party on the website;

• or any other matter related to the Service.

8. The failure of RustRuck to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms will not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.

9. The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RustRock and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and RustRock (including, without limitation, any prior versions of the Terms).

10. Any new features that enhance or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes will constitute your acceptance and agreement to such changes.

VIP subscriptions:

VIP purchases are billed on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance in billing cycles that are determined by the subscription plan you choose.

• Purchase confirmation

By purchasing a VIP subscription, you confirm that you will be subject to a recurring subscription fee as indicated on the checkout page prior to confirming your purchase. You confirm that your purchase is final and your account will be charged accordingly.

• Subscription renewal

After your initial billing cycle, and again after each subsequent subscription period, your subscription will automatically continue for an additional equivalent period, at the renewal price quoted to you at the time you purchased your initial subscription. You consent to your account being eligible for automatic renewal and agree that RustRock, through its Tebex intermediary, may initiate an ACH transfer or credit card processing of your account in the amount of the renewal price without further notice to you.

• Cancel your subscription

If you wish to change or terminate your subscription, you can do so via the online account management page (you will receive a link to it by email after purchase or, in the case of a subscription, at any service renewal time) or by submitting a support ticket to the rustrock email. rustrock.contact@gmail.com. When registering, remember to provide the data you used when purchasing, e-mail, name, surname, address, country and payment method. A request on another platform to cancel your subscription is not considered a cancellation.

• Subscription fees

If you cancel your subscription, you can use it until the end of the current subscription period; Your subscription will not renew after the expiration of the current subscription period and you will not be entitled to a refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the current subscription period.

• Billing information

A valid payment method, including a credit card, is required to process your subscription payment. You must provide RustRock and Tebex with accurate and complete billing information, including name, address, region/state, zip code, country and email address. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize RustRock and Tebex to collect any subscription fees incurred through your account using any such payment methods. For some payment methods, your issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees associated with processing your payment method. Please contact your payment method service provider for details.

• User Responsibilities

You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure that the communication methods you provide to RustRock and Tabex and all contact and billing information are current and accurate. RustRock and Tabex is not responsible for undelivered account notices. You agree to notify RustRock and Tebex immediately if your payment method is canceled (including if your card is lost or stolen) or if you become aware of a potential security breach (such as unauthorized disclosure or use of your payment method). You further authorize Tebex to obtain current or replacement expiration dates and credit or debit card numbers provided by your credit or debit card issuer.

• Failed payments

If for any reason automatic billing does not occur, Tebex will issue an electronic invoice indicating that payment must be made manually by the specified date, with full payment corresponding to the billing period indicated on the invoice. Once your invoice expires, you will not be able to reactivate this subscription and will need to make a new purchase.

• Payment disputes

Any disputes regarding fees on your account must be reported to RustRock in writing within 30 days of the date such fees were incurred. You agree to waive any disputes not resolved within 30 days, and all such charges will be final and non-appealable.

• Subscription upgrades

If you upgrade your Single Server VIP to a different package, this will incur an upgrade fee and the new rate will be charged on your next billing cycle. There will be no proration between billing cycles.

You authorize RustRock and Tebex to collect any sales or similar taxes that may be imposed on your subscription payments or any other fees levied by RustRock or Tebex.

We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our Service or any components thereof in any manner or at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms, any price changes or changes to your subscription plan will take effect following notice to you.

VIP Terms:

• Each VIP is assigned to only one SteamID64.

• VIP allows the player to bypass any player queues when connecting to our servers for the specific server purchased, which may or may not exist when the player connects to the server. The SteamID64 ID entered during checkout identifies the player to whom the VIP will be assigned. VIP does not exempt players from complying with our server rules (https://rustrock.net/server-rules). If we determine that you have violated our Server Policies and/or these Terms, we reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to suspend or block your ability to connect to any of our servers without refund of any payment.

• VIP can be upgraded (if available), but cannot be downgraded or moved to another server. Transferring VIPs to other players is not permitted unless we decide otherwise in our sole discretion.

• You are responsible for keeping track of your active subscriptions to Tabex, RustRock and accounts that have active subscriptions.

• VIP accounts may include other services apart from the ability to skip the queue, but they do not have to. When purchasing, the user is informed about the content of the service. By purchasing the VIP service, you declare that you know what the service includes.

Changes to the Service and Prices:

Prices of the Service are subject to change. Price change notification will be sent to users at any time by posting the change on the website or directly notifying account members. RustRock reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any portion of the Service at any time and from time to time, with or without notice. Any Subscription fee changes will become effective at the end of the current billing cycle. RustRock shall not be liable to users or any third party for price changes or modifications to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after a price change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the modified price amount.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks:

If you believe that an invoice is incorrect, you must contact us on our website https://rustrock.net/contact or directly by email at rustrock.contact@gmial.com within thirty (30) days of the invoice date to qualify for correction. Remember to provide your name, surname, payment method, steamid and e-mail address from which the purchase was made. We will then investigate the problem and work to resolve it.

If you encounter any problems with your subscription, you must also contact us immediately via our website https://rustrock.net/contact or directly by email rustrock.contact@gmial.com. Remember to provide your name, surname, payment method, steamid and e-mail address from which the purchase was made. We will do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

If you file a dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card company, we may suspend your access to the Service until the dispute or chargeback is resolved. If the dispute or chargeback is not reversed, we may block your access to the Service. We do not accept refunds or the use of another credit card or other form of payment to activate access to the Service while a dispute or chargeback is pending. No refunds or credits will be given for periods of suspension or blocking of access to the Service as a result of a chargeback dispute.

If we determine that you have intentionally used the Service and subsequently filed a dispute or chargeback, or that you have stolen another person's identity and billing information, or have hacked our Service, we will terminate your access to the Service and you will no longer have access to the Service.

No Refunds:

By using the Service, you consent to the provision of digital content and agree to the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract. Subscription fees are non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Once you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle. We may award credits to some or all of our VIP subscribers at any time and for any reason. The amount and form of such credits and the decision to grant them are at our sole discretion. The granting of loans in one case does not mean that loans will be granted in similar cases in the future. It also does not oblige us to provide loans in the future.

Cancel your subscription:

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your subscription. You can cancel your subscription renewal at https://checkout.tebex.io/payment-history/login by providing the email address you used to purchase the service. You can also click the link that you receive by e-mail after purchase and each time you renew your payment cycle, or contact us by e-mail at rustrock.contact@gmial.com or at https://rustrock.net/contact. A request on another platform to cancel your subscription is not considered a cancellation.

Limitation of liability:

Within the limits allowed by applicable laws, RustRock and its directors, shareholders, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, licensors, or associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to external loss of profits, data, utility, reputation, or other intangible losses, arising from access to the Service, use of or inability to access or use the Service, as well as the actions or content of third parties on the Service, and content obtained from the Service, as well as unauthorized access, use, or alteration of transmitted information or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, even if the remedy specified herein has proven ineffective in achieving its primary purpose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain types of damages. Therefore, some of the above limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms will affect your statutory rights that cannot be waived. If any part of this limitation of liability is deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, RustRock's total liability in such circumstances for damages that would otherwise be limited will not exceed the total amount of fees you paid to RustRock in the 12 months preceding the date of the claim.

Indemnity:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RustRock, its affiliates, contractors, and other collaborators, as well as their respective shareholders, directors, officers, agents, employees, and staff from any losses, liabilities, claims, or demands, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees, brought by any third party arising out of or in connection with your use of our Service, in violation of this Agreement or arising from your breach of these Terms or any breach of representations and warranties made in these Terms or any content uploaded, shared, or published on our Service or through it.

Arbitration Agreement:
